VISUSBARBERA D’ASTITable wine D.O.C.G. Piemonte

VINES A black berry with a thin but hard skin and a sugary bit tannic taste; a cylindrical-conic bunch.

SOIL Clay of sedimentary origin.

MATCHING Excellent with pork, cheese, appetizers and snaks.

VISUS is a high-quality wine without impact, chemical residues with a low environmental certificated from cultivation to production.

NERO D’AVOLA

Table wine I.G.P. Sicilia

VINES A black berry with a thin but hard skin and a sugary bit tannic taste; a cylindrical-conic bunch.

SOIL Clay and gravel nature.

MATCHING Best if served with red meats and wild game.

I.G.P. red table wine made from Nero D’avola grapes. Intense red coloured, soft on the palate, structured, supported by a pleasant presence of freshness and tannin.

WHITE WINE

INZOLIA

Table wine I.G.P. Sicilia

VINES White berry grapes rich in sugar, with a big cluster and oblong grapes, grown on a head training system.

SOIL Clay and gravel nature.

MATCHING If served very cool, it becomes a good appetizer: best if served whit light starters, fish, seafood and white meats.

I.G.P. white table wine made from Inzolia grapes. White coloured with greenish reflections, with a round and full-bodied taste.

SWEET AND FORTIFIED WINE

MOSCATO

Fortified wine I.G.P. Sicilia

VINES Moscato di Alessandria.

TASTE Delicate, a bit sweet with intense citrus fruit and honey perfumes.

ALCOHOL CONTENT 16% in minimum volume.

It is a special, elegant wine and at the same time young and rich in personality. Best if served with any kind of dessert, especially with cookies and generally with dry sweets. Special if accompanied by cheese. Serve slightly chilled or at room temperature.

SWEET AND FORTIFIED WINE

ZIBIBBO

Fortified wine I.G.P. Sicilia

VINES Moscato di Alessandria.

TASTE Soft, a bit sweet, with intense perfumes and a persistent aftertaste.

ALCOHOL CONTENT 16% in minimum volume.

It is a special, elegant wine and at the same time young and rich in personality. Best if served with any kind of dessert, especially with Swiss pastry and generally with dry sweets. Serve slightly chilled or at room temperature.

SWEET AND FORTIFIED WINE

MARSALAVERGINE RISERVAFortified wine D.O.C. del 1980

VINES Grillo.

AGEING Over 30 years in oak barrels.

TASTE Dry and balanced.

ALCOHOL CONTENT 19% in minimum volume.

Amber-coloured, intense and spicy smell. best if served with marbled and ripe cheeses. Excellent with dried fruit and pastry made of ricotta. A perfect dessert wine, an excellent meditation wine. Serve at room temperature or slightly chilled.

USEExcellent matching with any kind of pastry and especially with ice cream. Excellent use in the kitchen.
