WHAT ARE LAWS ?

A law are rules that are enforced to everyone in a country or community.

Laws are different to rules as rules are set to a particular group, not a whole community.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU BREAK THE LAW?

Unlike Rules, if someone breaks a law it comes with a much more serious consequence.

Examples of these are, Jail Time, Fines, Registry to a system, loss of job opportunity.

WHY ARE LAWS NECCESARY?

Without Laws, society would be a mess. People would be able to do whatever they plea.

Laws are made to protect the people. To keep us in safe environment that’s convenient for everyone.

WHY ARE LAWS NECCESARY?

Laws are also necessary to keep a fair community for everyone.

It makes sure that everyone is given the same rights and responsibilities to enable fairness.

DOG SQUAD FACTS

Police Dogs start to begin their training when they are 12 – 14 months old at Attwood, Victoria

The training course takes up to 18 weeks to get the Dogs ready for the missions they’ll be taking on in time.

If the someone hasn’t been seen or there are

concerns for safety they are considered missing. The Police will want to have a full description of

the person. You should contact the

police station near where you think the

person might be at.
