• Problem: A severe shortage of relevant CVs from current suppliers meant our client could not move forward with its recruitment drive. This was resulting in additional demand on its current teams due to a shortage of 30+ employees within their data centre.
• Solution: To provide an immediate volume response across the board to all vacancies followed by a targeted campaign based on their needs to support the initial drive.
