MindfulnessLangmoor Primary have been lucky enough to take part in 8 week mindfulness courses aimed to help with:• Concentration• Attention• Stress & anxiety• Behaviour• Readiness to learn

We will be carrying out this 8 week course again this year with your

children. You are invited to take part in the course with your child at home by purchasing the mindfulness CD from

the office with a slip that will be provided.
