About the agreement

LCMC Health will pay up to $205 million

• $90 million guaranteed for EJGH

• $15 million performance based payments

• a commitment to invest $100 million over the next 5 years

This agreement will allow Jefferson Parish to satisfy the debt and pension

obligations

LCMC Health will acquire EJGH’s real estate holdings as part of the

transaction
