Course Grades-

• Separate grade for reading (7A) and English (7B).

• Grades are determined using the following categories:

- Formative (homework, classwork)

- Summative (tests, quizzes, projects)

Academic Honesty• Unami is an environment which values honesty, courtesy,

consideration, and concern for others. Students at Unami are expected to make ethical choices regarding academic behavior. In order to achieve great things, students must practice academic honesty at all times.

• Consequences for lying, copying, cheating, and plagiarizing are serious. They are school-wide and cumulative for all the years a student attends Unami Middle School. – First Offense – Second Offense – Third Offense
