2013 Annual Assessment

$ 360.00 2012 + 5.00 1.4% Increase

$ 365.00 2013 Dues By-Laws has allowance for 15% increase or CPI (which is 1.5%) whichever is lower.

2013 Payment Schedule

$365 if paid by 5-31-2013$390 if paid by 6-30-2013$515 if paid after 6-30-2013

Liens will be filed if not paid by August 1st, lien filing fee of $150.00 is added to the amount owed. Other collection actions might be taken as well.
