USA Constitution
USA has 3 branches
Government.
Executive
Legislative
Judicial branch.
Executive Branch
The executive branch consists on the president, the vice president and the 15 cabinet-levels departments.
Some of the 15 cabinet level are interior , transportation, education , state, and, defense.
The person in charge of the executive branch is the president.
Executive branch is run by the president.
The executive branch is to make sure laws are enforced, and taxes are collected , also they are to keep the USA safe.
Legislative Branch
The legislative branch consist of the House of Representatives and the senate.
Together they are known as Congress
The legislative branch is to ensure the nations laws and to control where the money goes.
Judicial Branch
The Judicial Branch consist of the supreme
court .
The supreme court consist of nine members.
Then nine members are chosen by the
president , the are approved by the senate.
The supreme court job is to hear cases that challenge laws or require translation of the laws.
Athens Constitution
Ancient Athens have 3 different braches of
government, legislative, judicial, and executive .
the legislative branch in Athens has two
bodies, a Council of 500 and an Assembly of 6000.
the Council was randomly chosen by the male
population
the Council was in charge of day-to-day
business.
The assembly's members were all the males
in the population.
the assembly's job was to solve problems in
the city.
The jury courts formed the core of Athens
Judicial branch.
The executive branch enforced laws and made
sure they were followed.
The executive branch consists of
commissioners, functionaries, and minor officials.
