What we observed September 2011

• Lack of physical connectivitybetween neighborhoods, cultural andhistoric assets, accompanied by lackof civic connections among groupsand leadership

• Number of willing participants with adepth of knowledge across manyissues

• Columbia may be the most over parked city in the State

• In the downtown area there are
