Sir Tom Jones has found a new project to sink his teeth into as he is set to put his lavish Beverly Hills compound on the market for a breezy £6.45million.

The 76-year-old crooner's enviable abode - which is situated in the celeb-rich private community of Mulholland Estates - boasts 8,146 sq. ft., 5 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms and was purchased by the Welsh man in 1998 for £2,136,960.

The What's New Pussycat singer's residence sits on over half an acre with incredible views of Los Angeles around his luscious pad which he called home for 19 years.
