one of the major investment sectors. This industry is playing an important role in the formation of the country’s economy in the present situation.

the property bubble in the year 2012 with the initiation of the foreign direct investment (FDI) policies by the government. This policy ensured that the Indian money which is stacked in Switzerland and other tax refuges can be acquired and used for real estate investment in India, which can also be away from the low-yielding dollar assets. Perhaps it is told that the Indian real estate is closer to that of European real estate. Henceforth, Indian property prices witness great fluctuations each year.
