So, What’s The Issue?Why are Americans steadily decreasing their activity levels as their lives progress?

More than 60% of Americans do not have a stable exercise regiment.

Over 72 million Americans are classified as obese.◦ Almost every person desires to shed those extra pounds.

Correlation found between the first major transitional phase of an American’s life (the acclimation to the college lifestyle) and the decrease in exercise levels.

As a whole, first year college students participate in significantly less exercise than they did only one year prior.

Obesity defined:◦ National Institute of Health suggests obesity is the
