Single Session Vs. CBISingle Session

If SA or PD is willing to use Single Session, go forward with Single SessionMost (if not all) PD’s will go forward with Single Session

CBISome SA’s may require CBICBI is still being tested for STAC and other SystemsEach Circuit will need to determine their production approach

Paper and Judicial Viewers

Most circuits do not have a Judicial Viewer implementedIn most cases, this means that Judges will require Paper Files If your office is willing to print efiled documents for your Judges, this issue does not impact your Criminal Go-liveIf your office cannot print efiled documents, then your office may need to defer Criminal eFiling until a Judicial Viewer is implemented
