Herding – Allowing Juniors to Handle a Dog in a Lower Level Class
The Board VOTED to approve changes to Chapter 4, Sections 1 and 4, of the Herding Regulations, to allow juniors to handle a dog in a lower level herding class even if the dog has acquired a qualifying score at a higher level. In that case the dog would not be eligible for High in Trial or Reserve High in Trial. This change is an effort to promote junior participation in the herding program.
