The
UP Physics Association
We, the physics students of the University of the Philippines, uniting to establish an Association…
…the UP Physics Association.
As we celebrate our 33rd year of promoting physics, it must
be clear by now for us who we are and what we stand for.
But, our ideals and qualities must not be restrained among us,
and instead be known by the public.
In the age of digitization and the internet, it’s easier to get our
voices heard across borders. With the opening of these doors
of possibilities, it is important to stay intact and stand as one
Association so as to let our brand stick to people’s minds.

What is the brand of UPPA?
Our brand is how we connect with people, how we present
ourselves in every communication, correspondence,
partnerships, and projects.
It is how we share to people how fun it is in UPPA. It is the
message we impart to our prospective applicants, our
professors, and our sponsors.
We are the UPPA, and the UPPA brand is ours. It iswhat keeps us one, and what sets us apart from others.
Why is it important?
It is important to have a clear and compelling brand to
represent ourselves. Having a good brand will help people
associate the excellence we do with our name and build our
reputation of high quality work and professionalism. A good
brand makes it easier to attract participants, sponsors, and
applicants.
