How to Create an Affinity Diagram

• Cut/write out interesting snippets from interviews and make rough groupings based on content (yellow stickies)

How to Create an Affinity Diagram

• Insert a sorting layer that summarizes what is important about the notes underneath (blue stickies)

How to Create an Affinity Diagram

• Insert a higher sorting layer that captures big themes – you may have multiple blue categories within a theme (pink stickies).
