How do we develop such students?

• Student support• Staff support• Policy Matters• IT infrastructure• Development Projects

Student Support

• We want to students to address the digital capacities of other students. To both understand the digital capabilities students need and then provide students with clear signposts to training, support and guidance

Staff Support

• We want to staff to be comfortable with working with students in a digitally-rich environment and we want to engage and reward students for supporting other students and reverse-mentoring staff.

Policy Matters

• We want students to assist us create opportunities for digital issues to be discussed and work towards a campus that has digital embedded in its ethos

IT infrastructure

• We want students to be able to support students to use computing devices and services on campus for e-learning

Development

• We want students to assist with creating digitally-rich activities that reduce staff workload (e.g. audience response systems, peer assessment, lecture capture, open education resources, etc)
