Theremainderofourboard’sallotmentwillbespentasfollows:FourmembersoftheCorporateServicesteamwillbeattendinganon-sitevisittotheheadofficeofBaragarSystemsinSurrey,BC.TheBaragarSystemsplanningsoftwareprovidesthefunctionalitytomakedata-drivendecisionswithregardstocapitalplanning,operatingbudgetprojections,classroomconfigurationsandstaffingdecisions.ThroughconsultationwithBaragar,SCCDSBstaffplantoachieveoptimaluseofthesystemandasaresultwillspendmoretimediscussingoptionsandsolutions,ratherthantimegatheringthedatatoidentifytheissues.
