The Silver Dancers are now in their 16th season as the official dance team of the San Antonio Spurs. Created in the
summer of 1992, this 16-member squad performs at selected Spurs home games during the 2007-2008 season.
The dancers entertain audiences with upbeat and fast-paced routines. Under the direction of Raquel Garcia, the
Silver Dancers are consistently one of the best dance teams in the NBA. When the Silver Dancers are not on the court,
they can be found making school and community appearances in San Antonio and throughout South Texas.
