- contrast between suburban and urban-ised area - the site is located closed to city and the anzac bridge - mostly low rise buildings around - given the proximity and good connection
to sydney educational precinct - easy access to cbd - the site is close to the main road and sur-rounded with water on the east side
- limited public access to site - no close by shops - adjacent to main/busy road - closest pedestrian crossing is quite far
