•There is no budget set for the South Brooklyn Branch recommendations. The library wants to know what the community needs are first, then plan financial investments accordingly.

•Thedefinitionof"21stCenturyLibrary"willbeco-created by each branch community. The Cleveland Public Library recognizes each community has different needs and priorities.

Survey Feedback : South Brooklyn

"Longer hours and more parking have to be top priority. You lose lots of people to CCPL because you close so early."

• Doesn't"look"likelibrary-dated• Needs signage, lighting, facelift• Interior is boring - could use a "freshening" paint• Not enough computers• Not enough meeting rooms• Not enough kids' programming• Computer area gets loud after school• Concern that coffee shop would add to parking shortage• Concern that coffee shop would diminish size of collection• Meeting room access not well communicated• Needs a more secure bike rack• Too much information - streamline• Not enough "hang-out" space

In-House Youth Focus Group

Focus Group Feedback
