There is lack of efforts from the distributor side. There are very few customers, which is mainly

because of lack of awareness in the market about the products and poor marketing strategy by the distributor in order to pull out the potential customers for the products.

The government policy in not effective which is a big drawback for any marketing strategy.

The awareness about the products is not being taken as a serious issue.

CUSTOMERS REVIEW: The customers were satisfied with the performance of the

product. The products require zero maintenance. Initial cost of the product is quite high. Long run of the product makes the initial cost remunerative. The customers are engulfed with pride by using renewable

source of energy in conserving the environment. Some customers are self aware about the products and their

applications. They came to know about the product in the market by their friends and walk by the shop themselves.

The customers believe that there is lack of advertising campaigns in the market and lack of awareness about the products.
