AI results sometimes look different than what you hear

Automated quality analyses works different than human quality inspection.

Detections are not necessarily exactly at the position of the audible artefact AI might detect symptoms slightly before or after the most audible artefact

Detections not necessarily have to state the audible type of an artefact AI might detect side effects of the artefact, not necessarily the most audible once

Detections are often not showing up in the Detection Log immediately AI might “wait” for further detections of similar type

These are not malfunctions but is system inherent behaviour.

AudioInspector – Use Cases

Efficient transfer & documented QC in archive digitization.

Verification of media transfers delivered by external service providers.

Documented QC in media production.

Pre-inspection of content. To get an indication were first human sampling inspection should be applied before a thorough overall inspection is done. This helps to save effort by avoiding that serious defects are found at the very end of a time consuming human quality inspection.

Incoming & outgoing inspection (rushes or content before distribution).
