• Online Scheduling for the IECP Tutoring Center (ITC)
• 1. Visit the online scheduling site at https://iecp.mywconline.com/index.php• 2. Follow the Click here to register link to set up your account. The form will ask for your email address,
first and last name, IECP level, first or home language, and will ask you to create a password.• 3. Once you have created an account, go to https://iecp.mywconline.com/index.php to login. Make
sure Fall IECP Tutoring Center is selected under Choose a schedule.• 4. Find the day and time you would like to schedule an appointment for. On the left side of the page, there
will be a list of available tutors and the skills they are available to tutor. A white block means the time is available. A dark blue block means that time is not available. Light blue means that the tutor is available, but the appointment has already been taken.
• 5. Click the white block for the day, time, and tutor you would like to schedule. A form will pop up asking for the beginning and end times of the appointment, your course and level, your instructor, and what you would like to work on. Please be as specific as possible when filling in the last box. When you have filled out the form and clicked Save Appointment, a yellow block will appear in the time slot you have scheduled.
• 6. You will receive an email confirming that your appointment has been made.• 7. If you would like to cancel or change your appointment, log in
at https://iecp.mywconline.com/index.php and click your appointment time.•
• Some things to remember about scheduling and cancelling appointments:• You can schedule either a 30-minute or 1 hour appointment.• You may schedule an appointment up to two weeks in advance.• If you have to cancel an appointment, you must do so no later than two hours before your appointment.• If you miss more than three appointments, your account will be disabled and you will not be able to make
any more appointments.•
• If you have any questions about scheduling ITC appointments, please feel free to email me at iecp-itc@psu.edu, or stop by the ITC (Pond 322) during our open hours (1:30pm - 5pm, Monday through Thursday).
