Spot the difference?

Separating great VA’s from the ‘meh’ ones can be hard.

It’s like looking

for a pebble

in a sandy beach.

Remember, great ones are always:

1. READY

To become a great VA, you need to be ready.

All the time.

Great virtual assistants are always ready for impromptu

tasks from clients.

Physically and mentally ready.

2. MOTIVATED

Good VA’s do their jobs. Great VA’s LOVE their jobs.

Motivated people work better and have better outputs than those who have no motivation at all.

Having no motivation is like being trapped in Limbo.

3. PUNCTUAL

Procrastination is bad.

Real bad!

Especially if you want to be a great Virtual Assistant.

Time is a limited resource.

Value your clients’ time and they will value you.

Don’t endanger your job. Be punctual.

If you can’t finish the task on the assigned deadline, always inform your client so that

they can prepare.

4. ORGANIZED

A Great VA knows how to organize his tasks.

A disorganized Virtual Assistant is basically a dead VA.

Great VA’s use a variety of tools and software to get his tasks organized – sticky notes, to-do lists,

alarm clocks…you name it.

GOT ALL OF THAT?

Remember, it’s RMPO…

READY

MOTIVATED

PUNCTUAL

ORGANIZED

Sometimes all it takes is a keen eye.
