Since the EIS was released the plans in the EIS have been revised and consolidated. These changes
are provided in the Table 21-1.

The Environmental Management Plan
addresses the construction, operational and
decommissioning phases of the Project. The
Environmental Management Plan will
manage the overall site and will refer to
specify management and monitoring plans
as per the below.

Integrated Risk Management Plan
The Integrated Risk Management Plan will
be developed prior to construction and will
include: Occupational Health and Safety
Policy; Environmental Policy; operational
hazard analysis; fire safety and emergency;
regular hazard audits; response plans,
qualitative risk assessment and construction
safety.
Risk Management Plan
Construction and Operations Emergency Response Plan Emergency Response Plan
The ERP will be developed in consultation
with the Department of Community Safety,
QFRS, Queensland Police Service and
Queensland Ambulance Service. This Plan
outlines that the Site Senior Executive will
have the resources and facilities for the
mine’s preparedness in reasonably
foreseeable emergencies or potential
emergency situations. The Plan will include
details for making the site safe and ensuring
the safety of personnel during a cyclone or
bushfire event.
Construction and Operations Plan of Operations Plan of Operations
The Plan of Operations is a regulatory
requirement and will set out the proposed
program of actions to comply with EA
conditions, including a program to
rehabilitate any disturbed land.

The Stakeholder Engagement Plan aims to develop a consultation process that can be integrated into the community with minimal disturbance and provides a foundation for long-term relationships between Metro Mining and the community that is based on trust and mutual respect.

The Cultural Heritage Management Agreement is an Ancillary Agreement with the Ankamuthi People, Northern Cape York Group #1 and Old Mapoon Aboriginal Corporation. The Agreement covers the protection and management of all Aboriginal Cultural Heritage in the Cultural Heritage Management Agreement area.

The Aids to Navigation Plan includes physical and virtual aids to navigation and vessel traffic services provided by Maritime Safety Queensland’s vessel traffic service centres.

Ship-sourced Pollution Prevention Management Plan
The Ship-sourced Pollution Prevention Management Plan will include ballast water, garbage, chemical or toxic waste disposal and sewage.

remediation of all environmentally
disturbed areas in consultation with the
post-mining land owner and the Traditional
Owners, and accepted by the relevant
Government regulators
