The registration request should consist of the name, age, date of birth of the camper, and the address, telephone
number and e-mail address of the parents.
Please include, with your registration request, a $20.00 non-refundable deposit, a self-addressed stamped catalog
(6”x9”) size envelope which will be used to send you your registration forms. The camp forms and other information
will be sent out in April.
