IFC's roll-up filters can be placed on top of theexisting tank of a machine tool, such as a grinder,to filter coolant as it emerges from the outlet drainof the machine. The coolant passes through thefilter fabric into the tank below. When the coolantlevel reaches a high level it causes the fabric to beindexed to the discharge end where the sludge isscraped off and the spent fabric rerolled. The unitwill filter up to 16 pgm. The filter can also beprovided with its own tank if a free-standing unitis required.
