The Reviewer Will Receive AnEmail Notifying There IS A

Worklist Action in EmpowHR/ICAMS

Select “internet explorer”

Enter the URL:https://icams.usda.gov/

Read the warning and select “I agree to the above”.

Enter your EmpowHR user ID and passwordAnd click on “HRIS Sign In”

Reviewing Official selects “worklist”

If there are a lot of entries in your worklist,Use the worklist filter to display only plans that need concurrence. Select from the dropDown menu “Supervisor Created Emp Plan”

Click on the “blue link” to access thePlan for Reviewer Concurrence.

1. Reviewing Official should review to ensure the correct rating scale(H, for 5 tier performance) is identified.

2. Click on the “element and standards” tab toreview the elements and standards in the plan.

Click on “view all” to reviewAll the elements and standards inThe employee’s plan.

Reviewer ensures the plan has the required critical elementsand at least 1 non-critical element.

Reviewer ensures the plan has 3-5 measures includingthe mandatory measures as applicable for each position.

After completing the review, the reviewing official clicks on the “performance plan” tab.

1. Reviewing official clicks in the box to enterA check mark to certify concurrence with the plan.

2. DON’T FORGET TO CLICK ON SAVE!

After The Reviewer ConcursAnd Saves, The Plan Flows

Simultaneously To The Supervisor And The

Employee.
