Outcomes• Trend changes on key indicators from engagement/ health and well-being surveys • Increase in voluntary participation• Causes of absence by category and note any changes from previous causes• Reduction in the length of absences• Health related indicators – musculoskeletal conditions, heart disease, stress/depression, cancer• Lifestyle indicators – Sales of healthy food, gym membership, bikes on premises• Reduced stress• Family and community• Better working relationships – fewer grievances, more employee involvement etc.
