• Location: Western Spotsylvania County, Virginia; approximately 11 miles west of the City of Fredericksburg.

• Project Plan: 500 MW single-axis tracker solar project to be developed in three phases.

• Clean Energy: • 1,012,073 tons of CO2

• Equivalent of 964,239 acres of forest

• Timing: Construction beginning mid-2018 with each phase to be completed by 2019.

• sPower’s projects utilize photovoltaic (PV) panel technology

• Pole-mounted panels require less grading and minimize long-term impacts to project sites

• Panels will be approximately 5 – 7 feet in height

• Project will have a minimum 50’ setback from property line

• Project will be fenced and monitored 24 hours a day and 7 days a week

REMOTE MONITORING• 24-7 / 365 days a year remote monitoring.• Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system. • Automatic remote shutdown capabilities.

MAINTENANCE• Minimal annual maintenance would be required.• sPower will regularly inspect Project Sites to ensure all

components are operating properly.• sPower construction and operations staff will be on-call in

the event of a maintenance issue.
