CROFTING REGISTER

The Crofting Reform (Scotland) Act 2010 requires the establishment and maintenance of a public Register containing crofts, common grazings and land held runrig.

The new Crofting Register will be held by the Keeper of the Registers of Scotland (RoS).

CROFTING COMMISSION Responsible for the issuing and the submitting of registration

applications for common grazings and land held runrig

shareholders.
