How is equality symbolised at Holi?

Holi is celebrated by Hindu’s across the world. During Holi there are no distinctions between caste, class,

age, and gender. Everybody gets involved in the celebrations.

Equality is symbolised at Holi

• Prince Prahlad thought people should only worship God (Vishnu). His dad, the King, thought people should worship him instead of God.

• The King and his sister, Holika, tried to kill Prahlad because they didn't agree with what he thought. They tried lots of ways and none worked. Finally, they put him on a fire but God saved Prahlad and Holika was killed instead. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dnc2NQ8uPRQ
