Five Thunders Chant1. Visualize five people or animals that are your protectors.

Can be your parents, siblings, friends or pets, or wild animals. See that they appear to protect you from harm. They stand all around you in battle dress.

2. Chant nine times or until you can “see” all five protectors are present.
