Transit-oriented design principles guide Ravaudage, the largest urban infill project proposed along Florida’s new commuter rail system. Located adjacent to Winter Park, the plan seeks to draw upon the rich vernacular and scale of Florida’s oldest planned city. When complete, Ravaudage will contain 1,800 residential units, 1.2 million square feet of office, 600,000 square feet of retail, 450 hotel rooms, a performing arts center and 20 acres of parks. .
