Many types of lamps are used for turn signal, brake lamps, side and clearance marker lamps, and interior lamps.
The simple, inexpensive but reliable electronic device may find numerous application such as warning indicators, exit door indicator in an auditorium, house number flasher, seat number indicator etc.

Transformer
It is a static electromagnetic device which transfers electrical energy(power) from one magnetic circuit to another magnetic circuit keeping frequency constant.

Rectifier• converts AC to DC.• Here bridge rectifier is used.

Resistors1. A resistor is a passive two-terminal electrical component that
implements electrical resistance as a circuit element.
Capacitors A capacitor (originally known as condenser) is a passive two-
terminal electrical component used to store energy in an electric field.

LEDA light-emitting diode (LED) is a semiconductor light source. LEDs are used as indicator lamps in many devices and are increasingly used for other lighting.

Switch• In electrical engineering, a switch is an electrical
component that can break an electrical circuit, interrupting the current or diverting it from one conductor to another.
556 Dual timer IC• It is dual version of 555 timer IC. So it can be called as dual
timer IC. • It can be substituted by NE 566 F, NE 566 N, LM 556, MC
3456, SE 556, TDB 0556.The dual timer 556 can be used with a supply voltage (Vs) in the range 4.5 to 15V (18V absolute maximum).
