" M a n y people have n o w come to the conclus ion that the t ime has come w h e n i t is d i f f icul t to cont in­ue i n the hope tha t po l i t i c s w o u l d be kept out of loca l government and loca l elect ions," sa id Viscount L a m b t o n . Hej was a v a n of C h u r c h Lane, F i n g h a l l , h a d d r i v e r for a grocery f i r m a n d accompanied h i s fa ther mos t of w o r k e d for the L i l y L a u n d r y both the day, th resh ing at the f a r m of i n D a r l i n g t o n a n d B i c h m o n d .
