Mr. Burba, a senior technical analyst with PCG Technology

Consulting (PCG TC), works on the ull liecycle o IndependentVerifcation and Validation (IV&V), ocusing on test and training. Hehas extensive experience working with large complex governmentprojects as an IV&V technical analyst. Since joining PCG TC, Mr.Burba has provided technical support or a number o IV&V projectsin a number o dierent states, including Caliornia, Colorado, Iowa,Mississippi, Massachusetts, and Nevada. The IV&V activities involvedin these contracts include Requirements Traceability analysis, RiskIdentifcation and Mitigation, Communications Management, TestManagement, Training, and Project Transition and Closeout.

Mr. Burba has been working in the inormation technology industryor more than 27 years. He has expertise in systems design,requirements traceability and analysis, object-oriented design and

development, Independent Verifcation and Validation (IV&V) and

Quality Assurance (QA) o large, complex, and multi-aceted systemsand applications.

EXPERIENCE

Prior to joining PCG TC, Mr. Burba worked or SLI Global Solutions

(ormerly Systest Labs LLC.) as Senior Project Manager and ChieEngineer. He supported numerous projects, including IV&Vengagements or the State o Colorado Department o Labor andEmployment (CDLE) Unemployment Insurance (UI) genesis andDepartment o Revenue Colorado Titling and Registration System(CSTARS). Additionally, Mr. Burba supported projects involving web-based testing, elections support through a Pennsylvania VotingSystems Quality Assurance Assessment, and provided intersystemtest coordination or DSL services or QWEST communicationsMr. Burba was also employed by US West communications as anOutside Plant Facilities manager (OSPFM), providing test support othat project. Finally, Mr. Burba was employed by Lockheed MartinAstronautics as a senior sta engineer sotware developer or AtlaV, Titan Centaur Ground Systems, and the Magellan spacecrat

programs. He also supported the Inertial Upper Stage (IUS) IV&Vproject as a member o the verifcation team.

EDUCATION AND AFFILIATIONS 

Mr. Burba holds a Bachelor o Science degree in Computer Sciencerom Colorado State University and a Masters o ComputeInormation Systems rom Denver University. He is certifed by theAmerican Sotware Test Qualifcations Board (ASTQB) as a CTFLCTAL-TM, CTAL-TA, CTAL-TTA (Certifed Tester Advanced Level) andis involved as part o the ASTQB Technical Advisory Group (TAG).
