Service shall besp refused ox'iscontinued in accordance with the provisions ofKentucky Public Service Commission Regulation 807 EAR 5:006:.Section 11 (as may bc modified or replaced by any regulationhereafter adopted governing discontinuance of eervt,ce), which is .
