Production of Double Page Spread

I dragged down two facing pages and this is the template for my double page spread.

I then added a picture box across the top of my page.

I then imported my masthead which I have made on photoshop and saved as a .psd

I then inserted a text box and added my standfirst.

I then inserted another text box and added my byline.

I then drew another text box and imported my interview into Quark.

I then decided to add a drop cap onto the first letter of my introduction.

I then drew two picture boxes to insert my first drop quote and the name of the person who said it.

I then imported my drop quote and the name. I made these files on photoshop and imported them as pictures.

This is what my drop quote looks like.

I then inserted picture boxes and rotated them this is what the picture boxes looked like.

I then started to import individual photos of the band.

This is what all the photos looked like after importing them.

I then didn’t have enough space for all my text so dragged down another facing page and linked the text boxes together.

I then imported another drop quote this is what it looks like.

I then imported a group photo onto the top of my third page to fill the space it looks like this.

I then decided to add a border to all of my pictures.

This is what my other photos look like with borders.

This is my finished product of pages one and two.
