sources for Federal, State, and Local Governments as well as other authorized buyers*

– Provides large and small businesses the opportunity to supply their products 24/7 via a web-based environment to multiple agencies across the globe

– New search technology that allows buyers to find products quickly and easily

– Supports current business process for ordering (commercial and DLA requisitions)

– Supports FedMall MarketPlace Phase I – Increased functionality for the supplier portal

– Place for supplier to register, upload, and manage catalogs

• Oversee company information, contract data, catalog items, and purchase orders

– Requires supplier to be registered in SAM.gov – Supplier contracts require your Contracting Officer

to load into Electronic Document Access (EDA)

What is FedMall MarketPlace? • FedMall MarketPlace allows vendor to upload catalogs

without a contract – Enabling prices real-time, limited to micro-purchase threshold

using the Government Purchase Card (GPC) – Market-Driven competition with dynamic pricing

• Requirements – All existing strategically sourced business agreements and

MarketPlace items will be visible to the buyer in search results – Vendor must register or be registered in the System for Award

Management (SAM) – Read and agree to Vendor Selling Agreement

What is FedMall MarketPlace? • Current and Future Phases of MarketPlace

– Phase 1 focus is on Limited NAICS up to the micro-purchase threshold

– Additional capabilities implemented in phases over a series of FedMall releases (i.e., inclusion of additional commodities)

MarketPlace Vendor Agreement • Vendor Selling Agreement* Highlights

– During Registration Process, Vendor must Read/Acknowledge Vendor Selling Agreement

– Warrants and Affirms Not Suspended, Debarred, or Have Delinquent Federal Debt

– Must be an authorized Dealer/Distributor/Reseller – Warrants and affirms that items offered for sale will not be

provided by a third party reseller
