Students do not need an physical to apply, but should meet Navy’s basic physical requirements

Upon receipt of scholarship, you will be directed to take Department of Defense Medical Exam.

Physical Requirements

Commissioned as an Ensign upon graduation.

Do Not go through Officer Candidate School (OCS).

Five years of Active duty service for most programs.

Application Process

No Obligation for Applying If selected, you have until May to either

accept or reject the scholarship You are not in the military You are a full time COLLEGE student No military service obligation until the
