Did the project achieve its aims.This project had achieved our aims as we came with a proposal that hasthe new equipment locating, which could help the owner either toincrease the capacity of membership or to use the space for moreequipment.What unexpected benefits were there?The methodology made an impact on our performance by forming ourproject stages and efficiency.
ReflectionWhat went well?Project members were cooperative. Sharing knowledge and experience.What went badly?Misunderstanding of communication. Meetings sometimes wereconflicting with team members other tasks. Also response to emails wasnot as expected.What would you do different next time?
It is important to get closer to team members to understand them better.Find appropriate time for meetings so all members can attend.

AIM: Use organisational planning to execute Energise Health & Fitness Centrereconfiguration of gym equipment to meet their current and future needs.
SCOPE: Internal identification of potential area efficiency gains to be found in thegym assuming that layout / walls have remained the same as of when we visitedthe gym.
OBJECTIVES:Establish team roles and responsibilities by 04/11/13Identify dependencies and milestones by 04/11/13.
Identify overused and idle machines to determine future equipment investment by25/11/2013.Develop a layout that will maximise area gains 25/11/2013.
SUCCSESS: Deliver the outcomes and benefits required Energise Gym throughimplementing deliverables that meet agreed requirement/s.

Members were very cooperative Experiences and opinions were shared
Everyone contributed there ideas Everyone lived reasonably close to one
another
Good mixture of strengths within the group

Negatives
Focused heavily on time. Conflicting tasks; modules, different courses
etc... Communication was another negative; lack of
contact at times, one main way ofcommunicating.
More difficult to arrange meetings anddeadlines

Potential Improvements
Initial group member selection needed to bemore thorough.
We could use the Belbin analysis beforeselecting a group.
Look at starting the project earlier again. More frequent meetings.
