Background 2014: Staff engaged PGAL to begin evaluating space

2015: Ranked as the highest priority project by the Citizen’s Advisory Committee

2016: Completed a Facility Program

2016: Council approved a contract with PGAL for design and construction administration

Facility Size

The Facility Program completed by PGAL recommends a 79,000 SF facility Current facility: 106 work stations
