Placing popcorn orders on the Trails End popcorn system

Log on to www.trails-end.com click on the leaders tab at the bottom of the screen.

Click on the Popcorn

System Link in the top right

hand corner of the screen

Use the login and password page from your popcorn packet. After you have logged in with the old login and password you may change it. Trail’s End will generate an email to you. Please follow the instructions and you will be ready to use the Popcorn System.

If you don’t have a login sheet please contact Michelle at the Council Office 761-6000.

When you log on to the popcorn system click on the Scouts tab at the top of the page.

Click the edit scouts button.

Click the add multiple scouts link.

Enter the number of scouts you are adding. You can always add additional scouts at a later date.

Enter each scouts first name and last initial. If you have more than one scout with the same first name place a number after his name.Then click the save multiple entries button.

After you have entered all the scouts the will show up on this screen.Click the Edit Scouts Button.

The login and password for each scout is for the Popcorn System – not the online sales system. Click on the Scouts tab at the top of the screen to navigate back to the main scouts page.

Click on the Order Form link beside the scouts name to enter his order.

Enter the scouts full name under customer name. Total up all of the Scout’s order forms. In the top line type in his complete order for each item.Click the approved box next to the scouts name.Click the save changes button at the bottom of the screenClick the Scouts tab to take you back to the main scouts screen to continue ordering for each scout.

After you have completed all of your scouts orders click on the arrow next to orders.Click on the Unit Order for 2011 Take Order

Look at the column Actual Order to Council, these are the case quantities that will be ordered for your unit.

You may add cases to your unit order by adding cases in the Pre-Order Adjustment column.

After you have made all adjustments click Save Changes and then click the Submit to Council button.
