Supplementary Figure 1. Pst DC3000 expressing the AvrBsTHyb catalytic core mutant protein does not elicit a HR in Arabidopsis Pi-0 leaves. Pi-0 and Col-0 leaves were hand-inoculated with a 3 x 108 cfu ml-1 suspension of Pst DC3000 carrying pDD62, or pVSP61(avrRpt21-100-avrBsT32-350-HA), or pVSP61(avrRpt21-100-avrBsT32-350-(H154A)-HA).
