Brief plan

PIPL has a very exciting and one of its kind plan in the network industry.

Log on to www.pentaworld.in site and purchase any product. Based on your purchaseyou can either be a consumer or decide to be a distributor for the co.

A consumer can avail a retail margin whereas a distributor can sell, develop a team andearn incentives based on his and his team sales.

Business plan: you can either register for free or buy any product from our co. andbecome a distributor. A distributor can appoint other distributors in his team andbecome a mentor to his team. That will be the FIRSTLEVELof his team. The volume ofproduct sales is calculated in BV (BUSINESSVOLUME). Every matching 100 BV is eligiblefor incentive of rs. 400/-(it is called MATCHING BONUS).The FISRTLEVELdistributor canalso develop his team like wise and earn matching bonus and the mentor can getmaximum rs. 1,000/- from his FISTLEVELTEAM sales when they match 100 BV SALES(itis called MENTOR BONUS) The mentor can also GET5% from the matching incentive ofhis team UPTO 10 LEVELS( it is called GROUP LEVELINCENTIVE).

PIPl ALSO HAS A REPURCHASEPLAN ON A SIMILAR LlNE.

The REPURCHASEPLAN :

FORDISTRIBUTORSONLY.

MUST HAVE DONE A REPURCHASETO RECEIVETHIS INCOME.

FEATURES:

THE REPURCHASE INCENTIVE WILL BE SAME AS THE DISTRIBUTORS' DISTRIBUTIONSYSTEM,EXCEPTFORTHE BONUS INCENTIVEOF 5%.

HE WILL RECEIVE THE FIRST INCOME AND THE SECOND INCOME BASED ON THEREPURCHASEDONE BYHISTEAM MEMBERS.

INCENTIVES FOR THE REPURCHASEIS CALCULATED DAILY AND DISBURSEDTHE NEXTMONTH. I.E. THE INCOME FOR lSTOF DECEMBERWILL BE CREDITEDON THE 1ST OFJANUARY AND SOON.

Sub.:- Submission and Declaration and Undertaking by DirectSelling Entities on compliance with the Direct Selling Guidelines2016.

With due respect the term "Distributor" means "Direct Seller" of thecompany.

Direct distributor earns commission from his direct sales and thecollective sales from his team.

The co. also has a repurchase plan: Wherein the direct seller can alsoearn commission from the repurchase done by his team. There is nomandatory condition for earning this commission. Each repurchase isconverted into PV and the commission is disbursed accordingly.
