Abstract
• Cisco Unity Connection has developed into Cisco’s premier unified
messaging product. This session will provide a general overview of Unity
Connection, starting with the features, architectures, and deployment
options for Unity Connection. Following the overview, there will be a deep
dive and demonstration of some of the new features in Unity Connection
9.X including design and configuration guidance of these new features.
These topics include Cloud Integrations, Intelligent Notifications, Unity
Connection’s APIs, SRSV and more.
