1.Plan and implement instructional activities that integrate technology into a standards-based curriculum.2.Plan and implement a Peer Coaching programme that aligns with their school’s improvement plan.3.Use communication skills to promote discussion about instruction.4.Collaborate with their school’s leadership and colleagues to ensure that coaching is part of their school’s professional development plan.
