Abraham is a great example of what overcoming faith is. His faith was resilient.
The word resilient means, ‘able to withstand or recover quickly from difficult conditions.’ (www.dictionary.cambridge.org). Abraham was challenged in many ways through his journey of faith, but he held on.
You may be in a challenging season and you wonder whether you are going to make it. Yes, you will make it. The faith God has given you has resilient power and ability.
There are four things that resilient faith made Abraham do:
Times may not be favorable to you, but guess what, God will arise
in Zion and step forth to favor you. Keep your faith alive. Ask for
renewed strength, for God gives strength to the weary.
Let His peace keep your heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Abraham
did end up with a testimony. You too will have a testimony.
Arise and shine.
